warranty registration

Have your receipt(s) on hand for when you enter your details into the warranty registration form. After submission, the review process will take approximately 45 days and you will receive an email confirmation once complete.

Yes you can. You can ask your tradesperson to submit your items via this registration form. Once they start the application, they will forward you a link to submit your contact information so we can attribute the warranty to you and your property.  

We have two standard warranties: 

1. Standard 10 Year Warranty - this includes cabinet carcasses, hinge and drawer runnners, handles, doors and panels and laminate benchtops 

2. Standard 5 Year Warranty - this includes wire baskets and inserts, waste bins and timber benchtops

The BPOS or COS number acts as a receipt number and your proof of purchase. We use this number to cross-reference your purchase with Bunnings.

If you have already registered your warranty with us and it has been approved, you can contact us below with the information you have provided and we can find your details. If you are not registered, you must provide a copy of your original proof of purchase and proof of installation to enable us to determine whether your kaboodle product falls within the warranty and relevant warranty periods. Yes you can. In case you forgot to submit a receipt or have purchased kaboodle products after your original application, you can still add that information to your warranty registration. Simply enter the details in a new application using the same contact details, and we will consolidate the information with your current registration.
